Issues

Contracts are signed and the deposit, typically 10%, is submitted. (1–3 business days)

Appraisal

Your lender confirms value to finalize loan terms. (7 to 14 days post-contract)

Loan Review

Submit your loan application and, for co-ops, your board package. Condos take 5 to 15 business days; co-op boards can take 2 to 5+ weeks including an interview.

to Close

Underwriting wraps up and the lender issues the clear to close. (5 to 10 business days)

& Keys

Final walkthrough 1 to 2 days before closing. Closing day, keys in hand. Welcome home! (30 to 60 days)
